Our House Has Character

Our water heater broke and flooded our basement. We were mopping and wet vac-ing for several hours. The water ran from the back mechanical room across the hallway, soaking the carpet remnants along the way before it made its way to the laundry main floor drain. On the bright side, our wet/dry shop vac works really well, we think the water ran to the floor for only a couple hours (not the entire day), and our basement floor is also clean?!
