How to Sanitize Toys

I didn't sanitize baby's toys fast enough after his playdate last weekend. Now, he has a cold. :(

Generally, I clean baby's toys weekly, (if not daily, depending on how much he has slobbered on them!) in the kitchen sink with hot water and dishwashing detergent. I use a clean cloth each time and launder the cloths regularly, but I have not used bleach or a spray solution as most of his toy labels advise against it. His bigger items are also wiped down and spray disinfected with Lysol regularly. I am looking for a non-toxic disinfectant for his playthings and soft toys.
