Free Birthday Meals

Yesterday was Hubby's birthday! We are a little road-tripped out, after some long drives in heavy traffic, so we celebrated at-home. We had fleeting thoughts of scoring a free birthday meal, but Denny's no longer offers them (They now have "kids eat free" on Tuesdays and Saturdays)and IHOP seemed to have no clue that it was ever offered. Oh well. My sweet husband requested fish sticks and tater tots, so I got a break from cooking and he didn't have to eat any vegetables. We rented Gran Torino from RedBox and watched it after Baby Z went down for the night. Oh yeah, and folded laundry. ha! Today, I am getting ready and packed for another roadtrip this weekend. Phew!
